Plenty room for RV's or guest parking. Large lot, unique atmosphere with amazing highway access to downtown Baton Rouge! Map your travel destinations to see! Guest will be responsible for any damages caused by heavy vehicles or leaking fluids on driveway. Other things to note ** ALL EVENTS AND PARTIES MUST BE PRE APPROVED**. Please submit the details of your stay including the type of event, party and number of guests for final approval. We look forward to hosting your stay or event! Late check out fees- $30= 30 mins, $60 =1 hour, $90 = 2 hours Pool heating is: $60 per night (must be requested at least 72 hours prior to stay) Check-in requests prior to 12pm require adding the previous night to your booking. This will allow you to check in at any time of your convenience. and we are typically able to offer this at a substantially discounted price! Available on a case-by-case basis for a minimal fee of $10/hr to allow for us to make scheduling adjustments and redirect our cleaners and maintenance personnel accordingly.
